As part of the Village's ongoing commitment to improve services to our residents, we are offering the payment options listed below:

Tax filings and payments are now made through a new Localgov portal. Follow the link above or click here to learn more. - Other Payments (USE THIS OPTION FOR INVOICES, MISCELLANEOUS BILLING, ETC. NOT INCLUDED ABOVE)
Credit and debit card payments are subject to $0.50 fee per transaction plus a 2.95% processing fee. E-check payments up to $3,000 are subject to a $3.00 processing fee.
February 2026 Water Billing System Changeover & Automatic Payments
Water customers who signed up for the Village's automatic payment program previous to February 2026 did have payments automatically processed for February 2026 bills. Some customers (in particular, those who registered for the program through a previous vendor, First Billing) will need to re-enroll through the Village's new automated payment system. These customers will be directly contacted by the Village's Utility Billing Division. Please call 847-843-4824 or email UtilityBilling@vohe.org for more information.
