Village of Hoffman Estates Online Payments
As part of the Village's ongoing commitment to improve services to our residents, we are offering the payment options listed below:

- Business Tax Filings and Payments

Use this option for invoices, miscellaneous billing, etc. not included above
Credit and debit card payments are subject to $0.50 fee per transaction plus a 2.95% processing fee. E-check payments up to $3,000 are subject to a $3.00 processing fee.
Water Billing System Changeover & Automatic Payments
Water customers who signed up for the Village's automatic payment program previous to February 2026 did have payments automatically processed for February 2026 bills. Some customers (in particular, those who registered for the program through a previous vendor, First Billing) will need to re-enroll through the Village's new automated payment system.
