The Village of Hoffman Estates awarded a commercial franchise for recycling and solid waste hauling services to Groot Industries, Inc., which has been renewed through April 2013 View the commercial franchise agreement here. Any questions can be directed to Groot.

Application for Exemption

The Hoffman Estates Municipal Code (section 7-9-1 H.6) provides for an exemption from the commercial franchise under specific conditions. An application for exemption can be requested by emailing the Village Manager's office  or by calling 847-781-2600.
