Bicycle Registration
Registering your bicycle helps us return it to you in the event it is lost or stolen. Bicycle licenses in Hoffman Estates are free, never need to be renewed, and remain valid for as long as you own your bike.

Remember to always:

            • Lock your bike when unattended

            • Wear a helmet for safety

            • Obey all traffic laws, signs, and signals



On most roadways, bicyclists share the same rights and responsibilities as all other roadway users.

After completing this form, a license sticker will be mailed to the address you provided.  The license sticker should be displayed on the frame below the seat.  Please call the Hoffman Estates Police Department at 847.781.2800 with any questions.
