Replacement of Fire Stations 21 and 22

Construction of Fire Station 21 on Flagstaff Ln. is substantially completed. Demolition of existing buildings on the site for the new Fire Station 22 on Governors Ln. just north of Higgins Rd. was completed in February 2026. Construction of the new station is expected to begin in July 2026.

A Fire Station Location Analysis, Facility Analysis and Conceptual Design Study was conducted in 2022 for Fire Stations 21 & 22.
