"Blue Envelope" Program

In partnership with the Autism Hero Project, Hoffman Estates Police Officers have been trained to serve every citizen—safely, compassionately, and confidently. The Hoffman Estates Police department has implemented the Blue Envelope Program for safer traffic stops involving autistic drivers. Blue envelopes are available at the police department for residents to pick up.
