Zoning Verification Letter
A Zoning Verification Letter is an official document that verifies the current zoning of the property for insurance purposes, environmental assessments, loan servicing, and more. It is not intended to provide any outstanding building and/or fire code violations, copies of certificates of occupancy, historical building permits, or other documents. Such requests should be made separately at the Village's Freedom of information Act Online Request Form.
