Development ReviewAll new development, redevelopment, and any expansion or modification to existing structures and sites must undergo a formal development review. This process consists of reviews related to site plan layout, engineering and utility design, architectural design, landscaping, lighting, parking and traffic circulation.

ApplicationApplicants must have a BS&A Online account to apply for a Planning, Zoning and Engineering Process.
