Development ReviewAll new development, redevelopment, and any expansion or modification to existing structures and sites must undergo a formal development review. This process consists of reviews related to site plan layout, engineering and utility design, architectural design, landscaping, lighting, parking and traffic circulation.

ApplicationApplicants must discuss their project with a planner prior to applying online. Any project that has been submitted without conducting a pre-application meeting will be denied. 

NOTICE: The Village is transitioning from eTRAKiT to BS&A Online on January 26, 2026. 

• eTRAKiT will be inaccessible beginning January 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM. 
• For questions related to all new or existing planning projects between January 16, 2026 and January 30, 2026 - submit inquiries to planning@vohe.org. 
• Applicants will be provided with instructions for accessing the BS&A Online portal once the system is live.
