Textile Recycling

The Village has partnered with Simple Recycling to offer front porch pickup of textiles and home goods as a convenience to residents. Just follow these easy steps:

• Click here or call Simple Recycling at (866) 835-5068 to schedule a pickup.

At this time, Simple Recycling is only offered to single family homes; residents of multifamily properties are encouraged to donate goods to area not-for-profit organizations. 

Simple Recycling will collect a wide range of used textiles and small household items, including:

• Used or new clothing (men’s, women’s, children’s)
• Bedding (sheets, pillow cases, blankets, comforters)
• Boots & shoes
• Belts & ties
• Books
• Bras
• Coats & jackets
• Fashion accessories
• Handbags, purses & backpacks
• Hats & gloves
• Kitchenware
• Linens
• Pillows
• Sandals & slippers (in pairs)
• Socks (single or in pairs)
• Stuffed animals
• Table linens
• Tools
• Towels
• Toys
• Undergarments
