• Consistently demonstrates excellent community leadership through Village, Chamber and/or philanthropic events.
• Has made a significant contribution of time and/or resources to support community initiatives.
• Has not been awarded a “Great Citizen” award in the previous three years.
• Has not been “self-nominated”.
