The Hoffman Estates Charitable Foundation is hosting the 3rd Annual Hope Fore Hoffman golf outing on Wednesday, July 22 at Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club, with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Health and Human Services Department's Self-Help Fund, which supports residents facing unexpected hardships, helping with essentials such as medical expenses, groceries, emergency housing needs, utilities, and more.

 

In addition to a great day on the course, golfers can enjoy on-course games and contests, refreshing beverages, delicious food, networking opportunities, raffles, and plenty of fun throughout the day.
