Each residential property is allowed three (3) garage sales per year, held on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

One garage sale sign is permitted in the front yard. Signs may not be placed in the public right-of-way.

A maximum of two directional signs are allowed and must follow the following rules:

• Maximum size: 6 square feet per sign face
• Must display the address of the garage sale
• Maximum height: 3 feet from ground to top of sign
• May not obstruct visibility for drivers
• Must have permission from the property owner where the sign is placed
• Signs may not be installed on public right-of-way, street signs, utility poles, or traffic control devices
• All signage is required to be removed after the conclusion of the sale.
