The US National Weather Service is predicting extreme cold weather conditions with dangerous windchills Dec. 12-15. The Village of Hoffman Estates, in cooperation with the Hoffman Estates Park District, will open the following designated cooling and warming centers when extreme weather is predicted to provide assistance.
