The Celtic Fest Commission organizes events and activities relating to the Shenanigans on the Green festival designed to celebrate diversity, art and culture in the Village of Hoffman Estates. The commission coordinates a communications and marketing strategy relating to the promotion of Shenanigans on the Green to Village of Hoffman Estates residents, businesses, key stakeholders, and regional community partners.
