HRA - Health Reimbursement Account
Are you enrolled in the Blue Choice Options PPO with the Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)?

FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS AND/OR FIRST TIME LOGIN
- Go to the U.S. BENCOR/MidAmerica login page.
- Set up an account by clicking "Get Started". You will be prompted to verify your information, create a username and password, and set up security questions.
- New participants - check your mail for your HRA debit card and activate upon receipt.
RETURNING PARTICIPANTS
- Go to the U.S. BENCOR/MidAmerica login page.
- In the “Existing User?” tile, enter your username and password. Select “forgot username” or “forgot password” if needed.
- Participants that have not logged into their HRA portal at least once in the previous year may be locked out of their account for security reasons. Please contact MidAmerica to unlock your account.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Contributions by the Village are made twice per year - in January and July. Amounts will vary depending on your coverage level and bargaining unit.
- HRA funds automatically roll over into the following calendar year. Unused funds are not forfeited and do not expire at any point.
- Misplaced your debit card? Log into your portal, go to “Accounts” > “Profile” > “Banking/Cards” and order a replacement card.
