The Public Works Department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of Hoffman Estates infrastructure. This includes streets, parkways, sidewalks, water and sewer systems, creeks and drainage swales, municipal grounds, traffic control signs, and roadway lighting. The Department also provides other necessities of suburban life such as street sweeping, and snow removal and ice control to provide a pleasant and safe environment for the Village’s residents.

Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Program - 2020
The Village has contracted with Michels Pipe Services for the 2020 sanitary sewer rehabilitation program. This work will begin in January and is expected to conclude by May 31, 2020.
