Message from the Chief

Welcome to the Hoffman Estates Fire Department website. I hope it provides the information you are looking for.

Our Department serves the Village of Hoffman Estates and a small portion of the Village of South Barrington. The Department currently employs 96 fulltime personnel, 93 of whom are assigned to one of our four fire stations. On a daily basis, there is a minimum of 22 firefighters on duty to provide immediate response to fire and emergency medical incidents.

There are many services we provide, all of which center on making the community a safe place to live and work.

We appreciate you taking the time to get to know us. On this page you will find out a lot more information about our Department and who we are. Below is a breakdown to make your exploration easier. Thank you again for visiting.
