The Village of Hoffman Estates and the Village of Schaumburg will host a joint Memorial Day observance on Monday, May 26 starting at 10 a.m. at the Hoffman Estates Veterans Memorial site, 411 W. Higgins Road, just outside the Police Department. The observance will continue in Schaumburg at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 202 E. Schaumburg Road, at 10:45 a.m. Memorial Day is a special opportunity to recognize and pay tribute to the servicemen and women who lost their lives serving our nation.
